I was browsing the internet earlier today when I came across this video, which I think captures the basis of our evolution. This blog is about new technology and how it could affect our future, and this video indirectly, and probably doesn't even mean to show that people tend to be stuck in their old ways, while operating on new technology.
For example, think of your parents and their cell phones. New cell phones are constantly being released, and every year more and more parents get completely lost in the sea of mobile technology. They will learn to use some of its capabilities, but not capitalize on all it can do.
This video sums up the battle of old vs. new, and how you might be able to teach an old dog new tricks, however the chances of them realizing the potential simply cannot be taught.
Interesting post and I like the video. Some people just don't let traditions go and move to the present.
